The first step is to create your My World of Beer Passport. Click here to create your Passport now.

Just like travel, you can fill in your My World of Beer Passport any way you like, in any order. You may choose to start your beer tasting journey in a specific country or by beer style or choose the best rated beers on this site first. It is entirely up to you. Whatever way you choose to start, it will be an exciting journey!

Use the Find a Beer page to see what premium beers are available at your local NB Liquor store by country of origin or style. If you see something you’d like to try, simply click on the Add to My Drinks button to start creating a list of brands you’d like to taste. You can also use the Add to My Drinks  feature when you are browsing member comments and see a beer you want to try.

When you are ready to start filling in your My World of Beer Passport, simply go to the Add a review tab and fill in the tasting form. For suggestions on how to fill in each section, scroll over the attribute for some simple tasting notes. To really learn more about beer, check out the Beer 101 section on the main menu bar. Here you will find out about how best to serve your beer, what glass to use, information on beer attributes, the various styles of beer available and much more.

The easiest way to complete your beer review is to make notes on the attributes in the order they are displayed on your tasting form - Appearance, Color, Aroma, Body & Texture, Taste, Finish. Don’t forget to give your overall impression and select a grade. (A+ for "This is the best I've ever had", and F for "Warning! It’s nasty!")

Remember, there are no right or wrong answers. The more beer you taste, the easier it will be for you to pick up subtle tastes and aromas.
